Designer Spotlight: Shu Shu/Tong
Recognisable through their signature feminine tailoring and disproportionate bow placements, Shu Shu/Tong has designed their collections around the modern woman who unabashedly dresses femininely. Never afraid to show their feminine side through details like A-Line mini skirts, bow embellishments, mini shift dresses and more.

This Shanghai based label helmed by Liushu Lei and Yutong Jiang has made waves with their signature style as they continue to evolve and put forth refreshing takes on womenswear. Never taking away femininity while empowering women to express themselves.

They have recently branched out to accessories and shoes and we love what they have done. Using their signature bows in their new earring line, creating a disproportionate comparison between the bow and the wearer’s ears. Their shoe line is a focus on chunky and boxy, with platform loafers and boots adding height and dimension to their looks.

Looking at their evolution from 2014, they are definitely a brand we look forward to every season. They keep it interesting and constantly try to inject fresh elements to their designs. With their designs, you never have to worry about run of the mill, there will be some sort of unorthodox twist they added.
